The Charlotte Barrows Chorpenning Collection, .25 linear feet, contains the collection of this theatre for young audiences playwright, stage director, researcher and educator from 1948 through 1977. This is an artificially created collection. The bulk dates are 1948-1955.

The Brian Kral Papers, 2.75 linear feet, contain the papers of Brian Kral, playwright, director and teacher, from 1976 through 2002. The majority of the collection consists of development and production materials for plays written by Brian Kral for young audiences, 1979-1991, with the remainder of the material documenting his professional life as playwright, director and teacher. The Waldo M. and Grace C. Bonderman National Youth Theatre Playwriting Competition and Symposium Records document the administrative, financial, programming, and play development process for this biennial playwriting for young audiences event held in Indianapolis, Indiana. The materials were created in the 1960s and from 1978 to 2011.
