Series I: Horizon

This collection houses recordings of KAET-TV's local programs on 1", Betacam, VHS, and U-Matic tapes. Series I: Horizon is comprised of episodes of that program documenting issues of concern to Arizonans. Each episode is described in more detail in the container list. Series II: Arizona Memories and Series III: Books & Co. include copies of these programs dating from the 1990s. Series IV: Local Programming houses recordings documenting events and topics of local interest that were not created as part of a series, including activities and programs at ASU, the Teacher of the Year awards, the Arizona State Legislature's accomplishments, Native American artists, the 1987 Rose Bowl, Arizona Supreme Court Justice interviews, Evan Mecham's impeachment, and the Dalai Lama's visit to Arizona.
