The Joseph And Grace Alexander Papers are comprised of correspondence, account books, journals, scrapbooks, legal papers, stock certificates and printed matter.

The Philip A. Bailey Papers contain correspondence, notebooks, biographical and genealogical material, manuscript and typescript compositions, and clippings files. Although the collection ranges from 1842 to 1965, the bulk of the material covers Bailey's research and writing on lost mines in Arizona and California from 1906 to 1948.

This collection houses 345 images documenting the lives of members of the Campbell family in Prescott and Phoenix, Arizona in the early 20th century. Among the subjects depicted are individuals, family groups, homes, landscapes, cowboys, rodeos, camping, and travel.

The Daniel Ellis Conner Papers are comprised of the original Conner manuscript and correspondence regarding its purchase by Arizona State University. The Conner Manuscript is an undated holograph account of Conner's experiences prospecting in the west and travelling with the Walker Party in Arizona in the mid-nineteenth century.

The Carl T. Hayden Papers consist of personal and political correspondence, newsclippings, speeches, legislation, congressional and senatorial files, research notes, printed matter and memorabilia dating from 1851 to 1979. The bulk of the collection documents Hayden's activities as an United States Senator from Arizona from 1940 to 1968.

The Carl T. Hayden Photograph collection houses 2,431 photographs documenting Carl T. Hayden and the extended Hayden family.

This collection houses reports and research compiled by Douglas E. Kupel during his historic preservation work. This collection has not been processed in full and can be viewed only by appointment. Contact Archives and Special Collections for more information.

This collection consists of four boxes that contain original artwork published in Mining World and Mining Journal magazines, articles from Mining World, The Mining Journal, and Pay Dirt magazines, and correspondence from John D. Mitchell.
