The Richard F. Harless Papers consist of 11 boxes of correspondence, newspaper articles, photographs, and documents showing Harless' political career and family life.

The Lloyd C. Henning Collection is comprised of correspondence, diaries, financial records, reports and printed matter extending from 1885 to 1968. The bulk of the collection ranges from 1915 to 1960 and consists of personal correspondence, files relating to Henning's political affairs, and records of the Navajo Apache Telephone Company.

The Rose Marie and Joe Eddie Lopez papers document Lopez's political activity and work in community service groups. Although the collection extends from 1941 to 2000, the bulk of the collection concerns Lopez's school board activities between 1969 and 1976.

This collection contains briefing materials, policy research, constituent correspondence, memorabilia, schedules, and other materials documenting Harry E. Mitchell's service in the U.S. Congress as a Representative from Arizona (2007-2010). This collection has not been processed in full and can be viewed only by appointment.
