This collection consists of 18 images showing Tempe and the Salt River Valley, including a train wreck, the Tempe Merchant Band, the Tempe Normal School, Carl T. Hayden, construction at the Bartlett Dam, and an encampment described as workers' quarters during the construction of Granite Reef Dam.

The Dorothy Fulwiler Robinson Papers consist of diaries, correspondence, manuscripts, news clippings, and printed matter dating from 1891 to 1971. The bulk of the collection houses Robinson's diaries and manuscripts on Arizona history dating from 1940 to 1968.
