This collection houses correspondence, notes, drafts, galley proofs, manuscripts, payment vouchers, and reviews documenting Phyllis and Walter Leonard's literary careers.

The Jack Lynch Collection contains correspondence, newsclippings, speeches, financial records, and printed matter. The bulk of the collection houses Lynch's speeches and personal papers dating from 1935 to 1960.

The majority of the photographs in this collection are portraits of Jack Lynch taken in informal groups, most with the newspaper's staff. Also included are scenes of newsrooms and banquets and some family photographs.
