Panelists discuss Phoenix Chief of Police Jack Harris' announcement that two suspects are now in custody in connection with the serial shootings occurring in the Valley for over a year, several Hispanic groups' registration of 22,000 new voters in Maricopa County, and oral arguments in Maricopa County Superior Court in a legal challenge to protect marriage in Arizona.
