Special Session with Steve Yozwiak (Wong); ENSCO Package with Steve Yozwiak (Palacio); Fort Huachuca Package (Sauceda); Trashman Package (Palacio). Segments on the concurrent special session of the Arizona Legislature addressing the budget deficit, the Persian Gulf War (the National Guard at Arizona's Fort Huachuca), and the ENSCO hazardous waste facility in southern Phoenix. There is a silent pre-show take for the first 1:12; the title card is then shown and the episode continues normally.
