Segments on an update on the Persian Gulf War, a special session of the Arizona Legislature concerning the budget deficit and care for the mentally ill, the dedication of the new judiciary building, and Lin Wright's guest commentary (how the audience can contribute to the making of good theater). There is a pre-show take for the first 1:15; the title card is then shown and the episode continues normally.
