PUHS Election Package, Tom Freestone Interview (Shelton); AIDS Policy Package, Brick Lancaster Interview (Bloom); Vern Swaback Commentary (Swaback). Segments on election result mistakes, World AIDS Day and AIDS education in the Kyrene School District, and Vernon Swabek's guest commentary (what it takes to make a great city). There is a pre-show take for the first minute during which time the title card is shown prematurely. The title card is then shown again and the episode continues normally.
