Segments on an agreement providing ASU with more Phoenix Cardinals tickets, Robert Robb's commentary (what Michael Dukakis means to the Democratic Party), and changes to police department weapons policies. There is a silent pre-show take for the first 1:05, during which the title card is shown prematurely; the title card is then shown again and the episode continues normally.
