Segments on the death of police officer Kenneth Collings, House Bill 2089, intensive probation supervision as a solution to prison costs and overcrowding, and Paolo Soleri's wind bells. There is a pre-show take for the first minute, during which time the title card is shown twice prematurely; the title card is then shown again and the episode continues normally.
