Segments on a bill to create a state Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Presidents' Day, the cancellation of the recall election and Rose Mofford's upcoming 2.5 year governorship, public opinion of Mofford, Robert Robb's commentary (what Mofford needs to do), and Phoenix Memorial Hospital's Young Company. There is a silent pre-show take for the first 55 seconds; the title card is then shown and the episode continues normally.
