Scope and Contents

Victims Bill and Redlining Packages. Segments on a petition drive to add a victim's bill of rights to the Arizona Constitution, and South Phoenix segregation caused by redlined home loans. There is a pre-show take for the first 35 seconds; the title card is then shown and the episode continues normally. The video quality is poorer than usual and the tape misaligns on the screen at the 17:50 minute mark. There is a post-show take for the last 4 minutes of the video.
