Chuck Anders In-Studio Interview (Grant); VDT Hazards II Package (Palacio); Gene Lucas and Pete Manly In-Studio Interview (Grant). Segments on new guidelines for vehicle emission testing, the hazards of computer screens (possible miscarriages and birth defects), and photographs of Halley's Comet taken by the Saguaro Astronomy Club. There is a pre-show take for the first minute; the title card is then shown and the episode continues normally.
