Segments on the beginning of the Arizona Legislature's 1986 regular session, water quality regulations and initiatives, Space Probe 8's Movie Watch ("The Day the Earth Stood Still" and "The Brother From Another Planet"), and the Entrepreneur Network. There is a pre-show take for the first minute; the title card is then shown and the episode continues normally.
