Segments on deed restrictions on the placement of group homes for the developmentally challenged, and electroshock therapy as a treatment for depression and seizures. The first 1:30 of the video contains part of a pledge drive. There is no title card. The pledge drive continues for the last 2:00 of the tape. Also, Frederick K. Goodwin was initially misidentified in the video as Harold Sackeim (11:00).
