Medical Ethics Interviews: Arthur Caplan, Ph.D. and Allen Buchanan, Ph.D (Neonatology). Segments on medical ethics, disabilities, Arizona music, laser surgery, and dioxin contamination. The video is divided into three spliced sections. Section 1 - An interview with Caplan and Buchanan about medical ethics and neonatology (0:00-10:00). Section 2 - A partial interview with Dolan Ellis about Arizona music (10:00-13:45). Section 3 - A report on lasers in neurosurgery and an interview with Britton on dioxin contamination (13:45-27:38).
