Scope and Content Note
This collection consists of one ledger documenting the creation of the Arizona Wonder Circuit Tour company in 1924, such as the legal documents securing the company name and purpose. Other documents include the company's articles of incorporation, a liquidation notice from 1927 by the company to the McArthur Brothers Mercantile Company, meeting minutes from 1930 to 1933, contracts about the vehicles purchased from the company, and court documents from February 18th and March 15th 1933. Items contained in the ledger are not bound in chronological order. The item located in the folder with the ledger is an Arizona Corporation Commission certificate that was presented on December 31st, 1930 that outlines the company policies and procedures.
