Children's theater -- Study and teaching

The Children's Theatre of Evanston Records, 50 linear feet, contain materials documenting the Children's Theatre of Evanston's youth theatre productions and its involvement with Evanston's intermediate and elementary school creative dramatics programs, from 1925-1976. The majority of the records consist of production materials, an extensive playscripts library and numerous scrapbooks noting the major accomplishments of the youth theatre company.

The Mary Jane Evans Papers contain the papers of this theatre for youth author, stage director, playwright, producer, and university professor from 1945 through 1988. The collection documents over thirty years of her professional life as a theatre for youth educator, stage director, and author. The papers are divided into the following series: Professional History, Educator, Author, and Director.

The Indiana Repertory Theatre Educational Outreach Records contain programs and education and publicity materials created from 1981-2007 by this Indianapolis, Indiana based professional theatre company. Included are: a company production history, programs, brochures advertising educational programming, and study guides. It is divided into the following two series: Series I: Educational Program Overview and Series II: Study Guides.

This collection houses a variety of materials documenting Lin Wright's career as a theatre for youth educator, creative drama specialist, author, editor, playwright, and arts in education advocate.
