Otis J. Baughn Papers
The Otis J. Baughn Papers consist primarily of one box of manuscript material dating from 1916 to 1948. Also included is a brief biography of Baughn written by his son in 1983. The collection is arranged in five series.
William Scudder Gookin Collection
The William Scudder Gookin Collection consists of diaries, typewritten and holograph transcripts, notes, and a report. Although the materials date from 1956 to 1982, the bulk of the collection consists of Gookin's personal diaries describing his work in support of the Central Arizona Project from 1958 to 1968.
George W. P. Hunt Collection
The George W. P. Hunt collection contains correspondence, diaries, scrapbooks, notebooks, biographical and genealogical material, and printed matter. Although the collection ranges from 1709 to 1955, the bulk of the material concerns Hunt's political activities and personal life from 1885 to 1932.
Perley M. Lewis Collection
The Perley M. Lewis Collection consists of printed matter extending from 1848-1978. The bulk of the collection concerns water rights and boundary dispute litigation between the states of Arizona and California and congressional authorization of the Central Arizona Project from 1950-1968.

The Howard J. Smith Collection consists of correspondence, press releases and newsclippings concerning federal legislation of Colorado River water rights and the related lobbying activities of the Central Arizona Project Association (CAPA) from 1946-1954.

This collection houses speeches, correspondence (professional and personal), photos, news clippings, programs, brochures and booklets, meeting minutes, agendas, stock certificates, and blueprints documenting Frank L. Snell's personal and professional activities. The majority of the materials show Snell's relationships with various organizations.
