The collection contains the papers of Sandra Fenichel Asher from 1976 through the present. The bulk of the collection consists of typescripts of plays written by Asher; production information, such as programs, season flyers, press releases, posters, photographs, study guides and newsletters; and correspondence with publishers and producers. Also included are biographical materials like vitae, awards, biographies and press releases about Asher.

The David W. Holroyd Papers, 0.5 linear feet, contains the papers of David W. Holroyd from 1921 through 1979. The papers document the history and performances of the King-Coit School and Children's Theatre through Holroyd's research, correspondence and a student project notebook. Bulk dates are 1921-1927 and 1970-1979.

The Nellie McCaslin Papers document the writing and teaching career from 1957-2005 of this mostly New York City-based theatre for youth author, actress, workshop leader, playwright, and university professor. Included are: speeches, articles by and about McCaslin, lecture notes, book publicity and drafts, playscripts, correspondence, awards, and research for a dissertation on McCaslin.

The Graham Whitehead Papers document the theatre career of this artistic director, university professor, actor, stage director, dramaturge, theatre consultant, and playwright from 1969 through 2009. The majority of the collection contains production and development materials for plays that Whitehead wrote, directed, acted in, or consulted on as a dramaturge. Bulk dates are 1938, 1949, and 1963-2009.
