Letter from John William Waterhouse to George Woodiwiss
Scope and Contents
This letter discusses Waterhouse's request to Woodiwiss to send the Belle Dame
painting to Berlin for an exhibition. He also mentions two of his other paintings, St. Cecilia
(1895) and Mariamne Leaving the Judgment Seat of Herod
(1887).
