Scope and Content Note

This collection houses postcards depicting scenes around Arizona, including the Grand Canyon, Canyon de Chelley, the desert, Lake Havasu, Montezuma Castle, Meteor Crater, Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, the Painted Desert, the Salt River, the Verde Valley, Rainbow Bridge, the San Francisco Peaks, Sunset Crater, Window Rock, and such cities as Bisbee, Cottonwood, Douglas, Flagstaff, Jerome, Phoenix, Prescott, Mesa, Tempe, Quartzite, Scottsdale, Sedona, Nogales, Tombstone, and Tucson. Among the publishers are Petley Studios, Fronske Studios, Fred Harvey Restaurants, and the Bradshaw Distributing Company.
