Scope and Content Note

This collection contains files including the Maricopa County Library Plan, constitution and bylaws from the MCLC, quarterly meeting minutes that range from January 1992 through November 1995, annual financial records from 1991 through 1998 that include budget items through the MCLC system, and correspondence from the president of the MCLC to the head of the ASU archives from 1997 to 1998.

To view this collection, make an appointment at least five business days prior to your visit by contacting Ask an Archivist. Appointments in the Wurzburger Reading Room at Hayden Library (rm. 138) on the Tempe campus are available Tuesday through Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
