90th Congress: Goss Plan
Scope and Contents
Floyd L. Goss, chief electrical engineer and assistant manager of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, proposed this plan to increase the power of the purposed Hualapai Dam by construction of a pump-storage unit. The houses has comments and other material documenting the plan.
